Bellydance for beginners - In Malmö

Let your inner light shine through the art of bellydance. Move your hips to the rhythm of oriental music and let the rest of your body to follow.

The course

It is called “belly” dance but actually you activate almost all muscles in your body while dancing.
That is why its such a good exercise, it improves muscle tone, posture and joint mobility.
You will challenge your mind too! Bellydance will help you to strengthen coordination and memory
skills.

Previous knowledge

This course is for you who want to learn Bellydance. Doesn´t matter if you have danced anything else before or if this is your first step into the magical world of dance.


What to wear

Comfortable clothes, preferably nothing to loose around the hips and abdomen.
A hip scarf if you have one, it doesn’t need to be a special for bellydancing.
Almost any scarf will work as long as you can tie it around your hip.

 

Good to know

The course will be held in English.
