Sommarprogram: Yoga outside in Malmö - For beginners

This course will start with the foundations of Yoga, gentle movements, conscious breathing and meditation, as well as some Yogic Philosophy. The aim is to create a safe space for beginners to come together and learn Yoga, forming a deeper connection to their bodies and cultivating inner awareness.


This beginner Yoga practice will combine techniques from both Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions. We will work with breath and movement, gently opening the body, increasing flexibility and strength, as well as balance and concentration. You can take this based on your own ability, there will be different variations of poses to suit all experience levels.

Previous Knowledge

This is a beginners course, so no previous knowledge of Yoga is necessary. This class is also suitable for Yogis who want to slow down their practice, connecting deeper with their meditation and gain a further understanding of the Yogic Philosophy.


Comfortable, light, active clothing is recommended. Socks for relaxation (especially in the colder time of the year) Yoga mats and blankets are provided but if you want, you can bring your own. The course will be held in English.

The Circle Leader

Asher began his study of Yoga in Australia, what began as a physical practice, soon transformed into a study of breath techniques, meditation and Yoga Philosophy. He trained to become a teacher in Rishikesh, India, at the foot of the Himalayas, where Yoga was born.
He has travelled around Australia, Asia and now Sweden, deepening his practice and sharing his passion for movement and meditation.
Asher loves to teach beginners, he strives to create a safe space, free of judgement and expectation, where people can learn the fundamentals of this ancient practice.
