Introduction to the union

Learn more about what a trade union is, how the labour market works, how wages and working conditions are regulated in Sweden and what rights you have at work.

You will also learn how a membership in the union and collective agreement in the workplace affects your insurance coverage and your pension. To attend a union course is a statutory right. Do you have questions regarding your leave application, or if you encounter any problems, contact your union.
