De erfarna dansarna och pedagogerna Niki Awandee och Andreas Sanchez fr\u00e5n danskollektivet Cipha 64 kommer under en heldag ge en workshop i Hophop-dans. Under ledning av Niki tillsammans med Sanchez kommer deltagarna f\u00e5 testa olika uttryck inom Hiphop. Deltagare \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna att delta oavsett tidigare danserfarenhet, fokus ligger p\u00e5 att utforska det personliga uttrycket med dansen som verktyg. Deltagarna kommer att f\u00e5 prova p\u00e5 freestyletr\u00e4ning, koreografi och ett avslutande battle, d\u00e4r \u00e4ven allm\u00e4nheten \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna att delta.<\/p>\n

Under samtliga delar av workshopdagen kommer Niki att dela med sig av erfarenheter fr\u00e5n sin danskarri\u00e4r utifr\u00e5n \u00e4mnen som sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nsla, personligt intryck och uttryck, hiphopens r\u00f6tter och ideologier och hur det kan kopplas till v\u00e5ra egna liv. Each one teach one-metoden, en ideologi och praktik som utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n i att alla har n\u00e5got unikt att l\u00e4ra ut och n\u00e5got att l\u00e4ra sig, till\u00e4mpas i workshopen.<\/p>\n
